Ang Lagim sa Likod ng B.O.

Aba, aba!

But if things might get worse, ano ang gagawin mo, lalo na pag may hika kang tao ka?

I had so many encounters with people na may B.O. But I never told anyone of them about their smell. I don't want to offend them.

It's the bacteria present in the skin na nakaka-cause nito. Hmmph! Unsanitary nga naman talaga.

If you are not guilty of the first two reasons, maybe dahil na rin yun sa mga uri ng pagkaing kinakain mo.

"If your diet is imbalanced resulting in constipation or a deficiency of minerals like magnesium and zinc you can fall victim to body odor. Because of certain people’s body chemistry they can emit a very distinctive and offensive body odor. For instance you can radiate a ‘fishy’ smell if your body cannot metabolize foods containing large amounts of protein such as eggs fish liver and legumes. To get rid of this cut out these products from your diet. Onions garlic curry certain spicy foods coffee and alcohol are also prime causes of offensive body odor. Fried and baked food items may contain rancid fats and oils that lead to body odor." Still from hyperhidrosisweb.com pa rin.)

You can do the following para maiwasan ang intriga at pag-iwas ng crush n'yo.

1. Wash kayo lagi with a deodorant soap para patay lahat ng bacteria.
2. Always freshen up.
5. Always wash your clothes with odor-fighting detergents. Kelangan pa bang i explain further?
6. Bring with you a small container of alcohol para pahid-pahid na lang sa public.
8. Trim your armpit hairs po.

If you want to be the talk of the town, and if you think you will get all the fame for that, just take everything I said in the earlier parts for granted...para wala ng gulo, okey?

I agree with this one, according to Dr. Carumbana, there are two different types of sweat glands: the apocrine sweat gland which secretes a milky secretion and the other one is the eccrine sweat gland which releases a watery material.
The problem now comes here, because apocrine sweat glands are concentrated around the body, like the armpits and soles of the feet and which secretes a 'milky' substance - and we know that milk is a protein and protein is an organic compound (with a chemical formula of C6H12O6), bacterias will feed upon the organic compound present in the secretion and after cellular respiration, it will release CO2 as its by-product. So, mabaho talaga kasi CO2 ang present.
